- Meet the Principal at the school office during
allotted timings.
- Available on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays (11.00 a.m. –
12.00 noon).
- Discuss academics, discipline, and overall development.

- Regular Parent–Teacher Meetings (PTMs) review
progress.
- Opportunity to discuss strengths & improvements.
- Interact with multiple teachers in Open House events.

- Avoid meeting teachers during class hours.
- Route queries via the Principal or during PTMs.
- No phone calls for info already shared via circulars/SMS/diary.
